Since then, we've received several inquiries and opinions about her (Eltnum), but the UNI-universe is unrelated to Nasu Kinoko's Tsukihime-universe, so please don't take it so seriously. :-)
Her current winning quotes are a bit obscure, but she is a total joke guest character full of fourth-wall-breaking parody. It is no use discussing anything about her. Of course she is not really involved in the main story.

Feels ambiguous enough a decade later/designs are distinct enough that the implication should be removed. If we don't implicate Chie Rumiko to Ciel, this implication shouldn't exist either.

Alternatively, we could also imply the other parallel universe of Sion to the melty blood tag. Hopefully my self-votes speak for me in regards to my opinions on which one I prefer.
you can argue about design distinctness of Eltnum UNIB as a reason to remove the implication on *visual* terms but i would definitely not say it is meant to be ambiguous, i do not think the "alchemist" from a game called "Melty" owned by "TYPE-MOON" is intended to be an original under-night in-birth creation

Especially when her theme song is a remix of Blood Drain, Melty Blood Actress Again's main theme, and all the meta jokes she makes throughout UNIB's arcade mode constantly reference her being the heroine of Melty as well as her entire moveset is lifted wholesale from that game. There's even Kinoko Nasu references and the final image is Kinoko Nasu's mushroom avatar in her hand.
There is nothing ambiguous about Eltnum at all. She's a guest character and parody. It really couldn't be any clearer.
