Expiration Date (TF2)

create alias expiration_date_(2014) -> expiration_date_(tf2)
create implication expiration_date_(tf2) -> team_fortress_2

Moving to a better qualifier. Not sure if it should be a rename or an alias.

Edited to include the implication to TF2 tag.

Yeah, edited the BUR.

While we're at that, I think we should alias all the "Meet the X" tags to Meet the Team (forum #304616).
