Why are the 5 arts that I posted taking so long to get approved ?

Hello. I'm relatively new here. I recently uploaded 5 pictures here. The artist wasn't listed here so I had to create a new tag for the artist. Each picture is also at least 1 MBs in terms of quality and storage

I just don't understand what's the problem. Each picture is of reasonably good quality. I even made sure to create a tag for the artist using the guides placed in here. I posted these like 2 days ago and if they aren't approved today. They will be deleted.

Did I do something wrong which prevents you from approving them ? If yes. Just tell me and I will fix it

There are days when there are simply not a lot of approvers who are active or the queue got very full, so if it gets deleted you might want to appeal at a later time.
