As far as I'm aware it's not sentient. Is it not just the robot version of the IRL trojan horse (giant horse sculpture made of wood, do not observe in mouth) that can also transform itself into a mecha robot like a Transformer? Like Llamrei and Dun Stallion are actual horses, and Bellerophon Pegasus is likewise a mythical animal.

I'm not familiar with Fate thoroughly, so that was mainly a question towards you lol. I did a little bit of digging though and it looks like what you said is correct. For cases like this that wouldn't be controversial or you know for sure, you can change the category of the tag yourself. I've done so for you.
