I raise the exact same argument here that I did in forum #293079. Unlike something significant, such as red_shirt, these are tags that nobody needs, that nobody will search for. They are nought but bloat.

I am going to leave out the more interesting versions like striped wristband and checkered wristband simply because they're uncommon and easily visible, but none of the other color tags are useful to us.
Just to give you some perspective on how useless they are, almost none of these tags generated any traffic in the past 7 days (aside from bots). purple wristband was one of the most visited and that got a grand total of two legit hits.
They're pure padding, nobody but tag padders cares about these tags.
