I want to point out that the rule is that official romanizations are preferred over our own romanization system when they're widely used, not just when you can dig up any official romanization. The point is so that we don't end up with things like Yuu-Gi-Ou or Son Gokuu instead of Yu-Gi-Oh! or Son Goku. An album cover by itself isn't evidence of widespread use. However looking at other things, Ryoko does appear more to be more widely used than Ryouko.
