BUR #32417 has been rejected.
rename w_over_face -> w_over_head
Anything that's actually over the face can usually be covered by w_over_eye or w_over_mouth. This will make the name more similar to its v counterpart. The only outlier is post #5416295, which I think would be w_over_mouth, but I'm not 100% sure.
v over head could use a more detailed wiki. It looks like people throwing a v with their hand... above eye level? Is there more criteria to it than that? It doesn't seem as intentional a gesture as a v over eye.
The wiki for v over eye says it also includes things like vulcan salutes.
