Might be kicking the hornet's nest, but here are official romanisations, according to the official website. I saw Uraraka Ochako not matching up, and thought, "might as well, i guess."

May be worth reversing the alias, since he was introduced with his real name first and his hero name is considered obscure even in-universe. Class 1-A always call him "Aizawa-sensei", not "Eraser Head-sensei" like they do with the other teachers.
