Can't upload anything

Is upload acting really slow for anyone or is it just me? Whenever I try, it's always stuck loading.

Upload pages are currently broken due to technical problems, which is affecting everyone.

Yes, the same thing it's happening with me. Just now, I tried to upload two images, one from Twitter and one from Hentai Foundry, and I couldn't. The images are loading and loading, but I can't upload them in Danbooru.
