Bishop sleeves and Puffy Sleeves

create alias bishop_sleeves -> puffy_long_sleeves

Unless we want to make a distinction from usual puffy sleeves, I believe these are essentially the same thing.
I'm also not opposed to creating a new tag to specifically mean puffy sleeves that are cuffed at the wrist.
