What's really about the dude called [[Guo Wengui]]?

Been interested in this Guo Wengui guy lately after stumbling upon some works on Danbooru about him.
So the thing is, I was surfing the Negative User Feedbacks page, then I noticed that some users were banned for spreading CCP propaganda. As my country has not so good relations with China, I wanted to check what were the pieces of propaganda about. And at that moment I found out about Guo Wengui.
Is everything written about him on Wikipedia correct? Asking this because after stating what I had read in theWikipedia article (such as his misinformation campaign during the pandemic), I'm now getting downvoted.
