Very, very few people know the word 'che vuoi'. 'italian fingers' is far more known. I wanted to alias 🤌 too but the database doesnt seem to support/allow it

It being in the Other Names is enough to trigger autocomplete, since it's Unicode like Japanese kana.

It's either put it in Other Names so it shows up in autocomplete for those capable of typing emojis or nothing. You already saw that tags are restricted to ASCII.
