Same artist? pixiv #123509435 is an MD5 match with post #6843862, but there's nothing on the former linking to the latter besides some same posts and a style match. I suspect the former is actually a repost account, but I'd like to put this here for someone else to double check.

I'm going to approve this one for now, doesn't seem like it would pose an issue. Some artists do sport two accounts so that might be the case here. The absolute worst that can happen is removing an alias and adding third-party source but if there's a post with an MD5 match, I'm more inclined to think they're the same.
