mass update low_neckline (strapless or off_shoulder) -> impossibly_low_neckline

As it stands, low neckline is used interchangeably with plunging neckline. Understandable mistake since they're both synonymous terms.
Thing is, the "low neckline" tag has always been based off the Impossibly Low Neckline TV Tropes page since it was made, 11 years ago. Not sure why the "impossibly" part was cut out, but it's a big context clue on what the tag is actually supposed to represent. THE MEANING of an "impossibly low neckline" is simply this: an upper garment of clothing that's seemingly held up by the breasts and nothing else. That means no support from the shoulders via sleeves or straps, and no support from the neck via halternecks.
Then the "plunging neckline" tag came around, 7 years ago, and was always based off the Navel-Deep Neckline TV Tropes page...Which...why wasn't it named that, or something similar to that effect?
As such, I believe that "low neckline" posts that follow the "impossibly low neckline" trope should be transferred to that tag. This would prevent mis-tagging to a great degree, and would also allow for clothing with 'ordinary' low necklines to have an actual relevant tag -- for example: A halterneck with a low neckline: post #7623209 versus a halter with a normal neckline: post #8167809. So that's two birds with one stone! :Awoo:
- and regarding "plunging neckline", I believe the wiki should be re-defined to what it generally means in real life: A low v-neck that cuts between one's breasts or pectorals, often to showcase one's cleavage.
And I'd be happy to help garden a new tag based off the "navel-deep neckline" trope. The reason I haven't added it to this BUR request is because I'm not sure if navel-deep neckline would be an easily accessible tag. Perhaps something like neckline to navel would work better. Any suggestions are welcome (pls).
