They were upped by a pixiv user and the quality simply seems too high to be some new artist.

Thanks for actually linking the Pixiv account.
Plenty of artists don't start out on Pixiv, the first posts on their account being high quality usually just means they come from Twitter/Weibo/Lofter/literally anywhere else. The only weird part here seems to be the slightly anonymous looking Pixiv account.

希儿 is seele vollerei not the artist, "draw seele" not "drawn by".
No reason to assume the Pixiv is not the artist.
