Tales of Hearts R is a remake of Tales of Hearts. Tales of Destiny 2 is self explanatory.
Are there any design changes in Tales of Hearts R, such as Resident Evil 4 (remake)? If it's just a graphical upgrade, it should probably be an alias.

Gall Gruner was introduced in Tales of Hearts R. I'm assuming that's why they created the tag since it is only on posts with that character.

tales_of_destiny_2 now implies both tales_of_destiny and tales_of_(series). One of the implications should be removed.
