No_socks tag on sandal tag?

It is not mentioned in the wiki(sandal&no_socks) and there are illustration of socks with sandals. What should I do?

Sandals are supposed to be worn without socks; they shouldn't be being tagged with no_socks.

For normal sandals, only the sandal tag should be attached.
For exceptions such as post #8298477 and tabi + zori, the sock tag should be attached.
Is this correct?

Yes. If the socks are there, then they should be tagged.
