Is there a way to request for a new tag to be subbed under an existing tag?
All implication request I saw were about already existing tags being requested. Or maybe if I missed it, please link the forum

Implications can be made from existing tags to non-existing tags as well, but those are sort of the opposite of "sub" tags, so I'm not really sure what you want.

The tag I have in mind is a clothing-related tag but this one is kinda specific so I have no idea how to connect/disconnect it to existing tags. Though, I'm not sure if this tag is even possible to be created since it's very specific.

New tags don't have to be related to existing ones. I'd recommend making a new topic to discuss it.

Ok, thanks. The new tag I might request is a very specific variant of an existing tag though.

BUR #32505 has been approved by @nonamethanks.
create implication satyr_(halloween)_(granblue_fantasy) -> satyr_(granblue_fantasy)
newly-released official halloween version of satyr.
(wilnas_(granblue_fantasy) and manamel_(granblue_fantasy) also got halloween versions, though it doesn't look like any art of them has been uploaded yet.)
