We don't really have a standard for when an artist shares a name with a depiction of themselves (e.g. do we qualify the arttag with artist, or do we qualify the character with person for self-inserts or with VTuber for example when their persona shares their name?). For now I'll go ahead and approve this one but you may want to consider revisiting this in the future.
We can have asagawa_mikan_(artist) + asagawa_mikan or asagawa_mikan + asagawa_mikan_(vtuber). The latter choice doesn't seem too unpopular, though it's hard to gauge this for the former choice because there's 155 pages and not all of them necessarily have this same namespace collision.
