Hyphenate machine_translated

create alias machine_translated -> machine-translated

Should be hyphenated, like hard-translated.

Speaking of this tag, it really should be split into machine-translated (for notes), machine-translated_text (for on-image text) and machine-translated_commentary, because we currently use a single tag for all of those.

If someone does that, they should remember to add poorly translated where applicable.

Shouldn't machine-translated notes just be deleted? It's one thing if a bad translation was done with a user's own (lack of) skill and knowledge, but if you can tell the notes were machine-translated then what use is there in keeping them? We're just telling people that it's okay to do that even if we claim otherwise if we're electing to make a tag specifically for identifying them instead of just deleting them.

Agreed, it's probably better to just remove them entirely.

deprecate machine_translated

The tag is still small, so we can have translators comb through the posts and fix any user-provided machine translations. If this is not done before nuking, it’ll be harder to fix them later. If the machine translation is provided by the artist in the text or original commentary, we can remove the tag immediately (while adding poorly translated when appropriate as Unbreakable said).

Edit: Credited the wrong user.
