Does the Recommended page work at all, or is it just completely nonfunctional? As I recall, I was able to use it some number of years ago, but have not had it work whatsoever recently
It's a legacy feature and hasn't seen any development for a long time. You might be able to get it to provide post results, but they'll be of questionable accuracy.
