Devil Child is a terrible tag name. First of all, it's generic as hell. If there was actually a character with that name, it would get a qualifier as to not confuse it with something like child+demon_girl.
Second, it's completely wrong. Nico Robin's demonic form is actually called Demonio Fleur. "Devil Child" is an epithet for Robin herself which inspired this form, but I don't think it's ever been called that.
The only reason I'm making this post is because I'm not sure what to rename it to. Would Demonio Fleur suffice, or should it be Nico_Robin_(Demonio_Fleur)? Or even Demonio_Fleur_(One_Piece)?
I don't think a BUR will be required, just give me a name and I'll change it manually.

That tag has 42 posts and it's connected to a popular franchise. Renaming the tag manually will almost certainly mess with some users' saved searches. This must be done through a BUR.

A quick Google search shows that her form is referred to as "Devil Child" by others, so it should stick around in some form even if it's not technically accurate.

I recommend submitting a BUR to add a qualifier to Devil Child via rename on the first line, then aliasing the renamed tag to your proposed Demonio Fleur tag on the second line.

Why not

rename devil_child -> demonio_fleur
create alias devil_child_(one_piece) -> demonio_fleur

? The end result is the same, but it retags the pictures only once, not 2 times. Probably keeps the histories cleaner too.

That could work too, but since there's only 43 posts, I don't think it matters all that much. The tag histories aren't a concern because multiple edits made within an hour by the same user all count as one edit in the tag history (unless another user adds some tags in between).
