deprecate swat
The tag is often mistagged by people who blindly added the tag, mistaking it for the sweat tag. The tag is also quite ambiguous to the swatting tag. If the old tag gets deprecated, I also propose an utility alias named swat (police) to redirect people to the new tag, this is a measure to prevent the tag being mistagged as sweat ever again.
