Was trying to upload https://www.douyin.com/note/7189938284573887799, but right-click-save isn't working at all, and Idk any workarounds because I never used this site before, and only got here from sourcing Pinterest uploads. Does anyone know a way around that?
I was able to pull the images (see asset #23110271 for an example), I believe they may be samples. Here's the steps, you'll need to do this on desktop:
1. Open dev tools on the page you want to rip the image from
2. Go to the "network" tab of dev tools
3. In the network tab select "img" - it will be empty, don't worry
4. Refresh the page. This will populate the part where it says "name" in img with all the images that load onto the page. They most likely won't be in order and there's going to be A LOT of irrelevant images, so you'll have to fish what you're looking for out of that list.
5. Open your link and upload!
There's only one catch - the image you'll get is a WEBP, and I suspect it's not the true source image. MaxURL gives a few potential URLs for the source when I plugged in the link I got, but all of them give a 403 error, so this is likely the best you'll be able to pull for now.
Ah, thank you so much. I definitely wouldn't have thought to do that lol. A shame the end result will be image samples, but something is better than nothing, in my opinion.
