As much as the term is not too uncommon, it doesn't work when most bunny_* tags are aliased to their respective rabbit_* tags (see here). Having bunny girl refer to something else is needless inconsistency, which is worse than not having this utility alias in the first place.
We don't use ambiguous terms as utility aliases, especially not extremely popular ones. bunny_girl could refer to either Playboy outfits or girls with rabbit features, hence its deprecation.

This, we stopped using bunny_girl in favor of playboy bunny and rabbit girl because of how ambiguous and mistagged it was, it makes no sense to alias it, see forum #170216.
The bulk update request #30794 (forum #304804) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
