What's the correct "putting on clothes" tag, as it were for this one?
It should be dressing

At least those 2 deserve the tag design speculation
Never knew we had a tag for that until now, thanks for letting me know!
Do we have a tag for when the arms are crossed like this but not crossed arms or x arms?

You're doing it wrong is already a tag, but I don't think this would qualify. It's unrealistic, but it looks like she could fire an arrow from that stance if you use some suspension of disbelief. I think it would have to be a more fundamental error to count such as holding the bow backwards or using it to launch herself instead of the arrow.
If she tried to loose that arrow it would, at best, flop forward and embed itself in the ground a foot in front of her and way to the side.
More realistically, it wouldn't even leave her hand. It's not even nocked to the string that she has a full-hand death grip on.
There are fundamental errors in every regard.
This tells me that we do not have a specific tag for this. It also made me notuce that the archery tag is heavily misused.
I'll see if I can't eventually garden it and create a bad archery tag for images where it seems thatthe artist has never seen a bow and arrow, even in a fictional version, before.
We have a fuckload of proper archery images, it turns out. I'm frankly surprised that Elf one got approved at all (more due to the actual anatomy).

Is the pov_hands enough for 2girls instead of just 1girl Miku?
Based on what I remember from previous discussions, if one can reasonably guess the sex of the person by their hands alone, a gendertag can be applied. In this case, it is clearly a feminine hand, so I think 2girls is reasonable here.

I do not think it applies here, but the closest match I found is crossed wrists
Is there a tag for that little fold in the form, like a page of a book?

These are called "dog ears" in real life (librarians hate them) but because that's colloquial and ambiguous I would suggest folded_page_corner.

Ah, thank you! Wasn't sure what those were called.

I don't think crossed wrists work in this case. We may have to make a new tag if needed. "Arm on own arm" sounds weird but I think that describes the pose well here.

"outstretched crossed arms"?
What sport is this exactly?
Artist said this is a voice actor connection of a Princess Connect! summer event with Umamusume characters, but I don't know what it specifically parodied or the original context. Some help is much appreciated!

I identified the Princess Connect! characters and the voice actors. Look at the VA pages linked in the Princess Connect! wiki pages and you'll see that the swimsuits each of the Umamusume characters are wearing belong to the respective Princess Connect! characters with the same VA.
