Hello and welcome!

So an important part of uploading is the quality of the art. This includes anatomy, composition, design, and color. I'll be real with you, that piece that you linked is... not very good. Anatomically the joints are stiff, the color looks like it was done in pencil crayons, the hands are flat and lack expression... it's a type of piece of someone who is moving past a novice phase and is getting their first real push into more advanced artistic skills.

I would normally offer to suggest to appeal, but I really don't see anyone approving it. Take a look at the art that is getting approved and try to find other pieces of that character (and others if you like!) that are of that level of polish.

Feedback on post #8042070 pls. Thank you!

Its my first post ever

Generally speaking, Danbooru is a curated gallery that assembles anime related works at the professional grade. What you uploaded isn't really on the level of what is typically accepted here. You can search for status:active to get a better idea of minimum level.

Hello.

What was the problem with this post? It is a duplicate, but it is far larger in size than the original image, and the source is pixiv. if danbooru is functioning as an archive, I don't think it is appropriate to delete it.
If the aspect ratio is the same and there is a difference of 100KB or 200KB, I can understand why it would be deleted.

Here is another one I submitted, same situation but this one is approved. I don't know the difference between the two so I would like to know the criteria used when submitting.

That art is more of a sketch than a finished product. It's not really at the level of quality the approvers are looking for.

post #8036133 has a bit of an odd style that I don't really see here all that often. My best guess is that it is an art style that will likely not be approved. The anatomy and pose is flat as well.

post #8036015 it's eh. While the style is more fitting than the previous one, it doesn't really stand out as something that is exceptionally good. The pose is uninteresting and the design is bland.
