There are multiple characters tags for Yae Sakura with qualifiers except for this one.

That's because they are outfits for Honkai's Yae Sakura, not characters called Yae Sakura from different franchises, and they implicate the base yae_sakura tag. Thats how Honkai Impact characters and costumes are tagged (see for example the multitude of outfits for kiana_kaslana and the unqualified base tag) so I'm not sure why a qualifier is needed, it doesn't disambiguate anything here.

Actually, there is one tag that isn't from Honkai, and that is Yae Sakura (Shuffle!), who has only 29 posts compared to Honkai Yae Sakura's 1911 posts.

You're right, I missed that one. Well, that's not multiple, but even just one other character is enough to warrant a disambiguation qualifier I suppose.

It's a character with 29 posts vs one with 2k posts. It's pointless.

It's a bit of a pet peeve of mine as the main uploader of Oshi no Ko, but would there be a case for removing qualifiers where one tag vastly overshadows the other in terms of post count and relevancy? hoshino_ai_(nature3111) is an artist whose latest post was uploaded 14 years ago, and there's 6 posts total, but because of this hoshino_ai_(oshi_no_ko) (1880 posts) was qualified.
