(De|dis)qualify Hoshino Ai

create alias hoshino_ai_(oshi_no_ko) -> hoshino_ai
remove alias hoshino_ai_(oshi_no_ko) -> hoshino_ai

I'm not 100% sure about this one, there may be issues I'm not aware of, but...

As per forum #293892, it seems kind of silly to qualify Hoshino Ai (oshi no ko), a now 1928 post chartag from a popular series, because of hoshino_ai_(nature3111), a 7-post artist tag that before the aforementioned forum post hadn't had a new post in over 14 years. Given the discrepancy in popularity and the tags being different categories, I'd argue that the chance of confusion is extremely minimal and that there's no real value in having it be qualified.

This is setting a bad precedent, how many posts does an artist need exactly to not have their preexisting name taken over by some anime character at a later time?

I doubt making a hard rule for that is feasible, but at the same time qualifying a popular tag because of a tag that, in comparison, basically nobody is ever going to search for is just qualifying for the sake of qualifying (forum #293885).

Ideally we'd go with his full name, so we'd actually want mario_mario_(mario). And since we have the exact same scenario with Luigi, we'd also want luigi_mario_(mario).

Mario (character). Although I don't think the Mario tag ever caused any issues as it is.

Mario or any other Nintendo characters seem to have a special treatment for being "iconic", hence why his tag remains unqualified despite plothera of other characters named "Mario" with more tagged post than Hoshino Ai the artist.

Hoshino Ai the character on the other hand.... Well she is well-known enough, and the only thing that made her getting qualfier at the first place is that one random inactive artist who just so happens to use the same name as her. I guess for now she could get a Mario treatment, so long as there are no other popular characters also named "Hoshimo Ai" that is.
