Of course, it's an “open secret”. Even if they do not refer directly to each other, this is constantly implied in their words. Such artists are not uncommon among artists included in Danbooru. I just want Danbooru to use its ability to gather the most accurate information about artists for the convenience of users.
If artists have a problem with this and want to protect their secrets, they can also ask Danbooru to remove their works, which is also not uncommon in Danbooru.
As you can see, she didn't even try to hide the secret.
