Qualify Haruhi's Kyonko (again)

BUR #28265 has been rejected.

create alias kyonko -> kyonko_(suzumiya_haruhi)
remove alias kyonko -> kyonko_(suzumiya_haruhi)
deprecate kyonko

A second time I tried to qualify Kyonko tag. Since there are now a vtuber with the same name, and that the character doesn't have as much "iconic" factor as Mario, I think it is finally the time to qualify this tag once and for all.
