delivery_table alias

BUR #28403 has been rejected.

create alias delivery_table -> gyn_chair

Seems to be for the same thing.

Where does "gyn chair" come from? I can't find any result that calls them that, just "gynaecology chair" or "gynaecological chair".

I assume it's an oldbooru abbreviation. I wouldn't oppose aliasing it to gynaecology_chair.
