Alias wave breaker

BUR #30041 has been rejected.

create alias wave_breaker -> tetrapod

I'd rather have it the other way round but tetrapod is the bigger tag.

Not all wave breakers are tetrapodal so I think it should be reversed.

In that case I would prefer an implication, because tetrapods being objects makes them look quite different from other wave breaker structures (is this an issue with the 90% posts implication rule?).

Then it should be fine to keep them separate. I added a few extra words to wave breaker's wiki to distinguish them better.

A picture is worth a thousand words. For stuff like these it's better to add post previews to the wiki so the difference is immediately obvious.
