The outfit has feather_hair and no one is tagging it as so.

The feather hair is not visible on all images, you should manually garden it instead of trying to do it through a BUR

My logic is that out of the 100+ images only a handful are drawn without (e.g. post #7832662, post #7865179, etc). I figured it'd be more efficient to BUR and fix the outliers rather than tagging them all manually.
