I would consider this tag to be somehow useless, as most of posts tagged such depict bags being worn in completely normal fashion. This is like having wearing_* for every single fashion accessory.
I cannot request to nuke it because there are few cases of this being used for briefcases like post #7872204 and post #39763.
For bags being held by character's hands, there's already holding bag.
