Reverse the Cactuar alias

BUR #27988 has been rejected.

create alias sabotender -> cactuar

These enemies are much more well-known by their English names. Even if the alias exists, a lot of people wouldn't be able to tell at first glance that Sabotender in fact means Cactuar.

You don't need to remove the alias to reverse it now.

Yes, it should.

In recent years both names have started getting used by the FF games even in english localizations. In FFXIV for examples there's multiple permutations of both varieties (sabotender, cactuar, barreltender, lunatender, etc).
