Create alias for ripped_jeans to torn_jeans

BUR #29385 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias ripped_jeans -> torn_jeans

There seems to be other ripped -> torn aliases but not for jeans, so there's a couple dozen posts with the inconsistent "ripped" tag.
