create alias holding_dress -> holding_unworn_dress
remove alias holding_dress -> holding_unworn_dress
create implication holding_unworn_dress -> unworn_dress
In a similar vein to topic #28137, holding_dress according to its wiki is intended to only be used for when a removed/unworn dress is being held. So I think it should also be renamed to reflect this. I've gone through the tag already and gardened out the mistags that I could find.
To Unbreakable's comment here https://danbooru.donmai.us/forum_posts/295439, the umbrella tag holding_clothes specifies that it should only be used for unworn clothes, so this applies to all of the tags that implicate it as well. I think holding_clothes and the other holding_x clothing related tags should eventually be gardened and renamed to match the holding_unworn_x format for clarity and consistency.
