When I gave my original answer, I wasn't really thinking of the milking machine as a sex toy for some reason, so I thought it was borderline but probably E. It seems pretty obvious now in hindsight.
If the milking machine was being used for a non-sexual purpose (such as a mother pumping out milk to give to her child), then it would most likely be rated Q. It might even qualify for S if it's covered up enough. That's more or less how we treat non-sexual breastfeeding. The inquired posts, however, are definitely sexual.

I think that has to be Q, those people in the back are pretty naked.

G. The miniskirt and legs aren't drawn in a fanservicey manner.

Can post #7911232 be G? It's extremely tame even for the tamest end of S, I feel.

Wearing nothing but a bra/bikini is automatic S. I'm frankly concerned that there are 49 pages of bikini rating:g.

Gotcha, thanks. Looks like there's some cleanup to do there, then. (Although a lot of those are probably chibis or stuff like post #7909755)

There's also some unworn bikini posts in there. I think it makes sense to keep most of those rated G, but does anyone think we should rate particularly revealing unworn swimsuits like post #2626736 as S?

I can see the argument but consensus from when the new rating system was made was a clear NO.
What's the general consensus on non-focus midriff? I see it rated both S and G depending on the post, and there are cases obviously where I feel like leaving it at G is fine (I wouldn't rerate things like post #7149350 or post #7765732 as S since the midriff is either barely noticeable or extremely simplistic and cartoony), but then there are things like post #7767801 which doesn't seem sexually charged at all but still feels very much like it's a bit much for G?
Maybe I'm overthinking this though.

Rather than focusing on simplicity or sexuality of revealing clothing for full-size subjects (e.g. no chibis or microscopic background characters), which can be subjective, my guideline is typically to consider the amount of visible skin. That first post is fine, but post #7767801 and especially post #7765732 would be S because of how well over the belly button is exposed. Midriff tops might be on the street nowadays but they still aren't "proper" clothing, and the idea behind G is to be as conservative as possible, within reason.
Also, the necklines on post #7765732 are so low that I would automatically rate that S regardless of the midriff.
