Imply midriff tattoo to tattoo

BUR #29380 has been rejected.

create implication midriff_tattoo -> tattoo

While there is a stomach tattoo tag meat for tattoos placed on the person's stomach (front of midriff), there strangely isn't one for tattoos placed on the back or sides of the midriff.

Whether or not stomach tattoos (and tramp stamp) should be a subset of midriff tattoos remains to be discussed in the future.

I always thought back tattoos are usually on the upper back.

Well, guess that leaves only the side of the midriff without a dedicated tattoo tag.

midriff tattoo is the wrong name for that then, side or rib seem to be the more accepted names
