The wiki for lightstick says it's either for penlight (glowstick) or its parent light, glowstick.

I was the one who added that to the wiki in case we went for deprecation. I typically see the term lightstick be used for penlights, especially the kinds with more complex shapes like post #7385626 and post #7282031, but some of the posts in the tag feature just generic stick-shaped lights that could be either cyalumes or penlights.
