According to the original wiki for the tag glitter (which is just linked to this Wikipedia article), the tag was meant to be used for these small decorative shiny particles. However, it is currently grossly mistagged with either sparkle or light particles or any "shiny" stuff in general, which means this tag is now pointless.
There's also another tag called eye glitter, which is supposed to be used "if the eye is shiny/is reminiscent of glitter". However, the posts in these are just a slightly shiner eyes, as well as posts of character in glitter makeup.
So I suggest we should get rid of these two pointless tags to prevent further confusion.
