rename straddle_split -> sitting_split
I was lamenting that standing split took up so much of the splits tag you couldn't even find traditional splits images only to realize while gardening that we DID have a tag for it the name just doesn't call it to mind at all.
I propose a rename to match the formatting of Standing Split
