Change category for 'Twing Glutti'

This is a tag I've created for this monster creature from the brown_dust/brown_dust_2 setting, but I've made it as a general tag instead of a character one. Considering that other similar tags like moogle, wubbaboo_(honkai:_star_rail) and sabotender are also character tags, this would be in line with them.
I'm not sure if there would be a need to qualify the tag as something like twing_glutti_(brown_dust) due to the lack of ambiguity, so I can redo it if it's necessary.

Recategorised; builders can change the category of any tag under 1000 posts.

From precedent, species tags are characters only if they have no named representatives so this should be good to go. A qualifier isn't needed if it isn't ambiguous with anything either, moreso since this is a character tag.
