unify magipoka qualifiers

BUR #28938 has been rejected.

rename lulu_(magipoka) -> lulu_(renkin_san-kyuu_magical_pokaan)
rename tan_(magipoka) -> tan_(renkin_san-kyuu_magical_pokaan)
rename jun_(magipoka) -> jun_(renkin_san-kyuu_magical_pokaan)

Use the full series name

Cosplay tags get automatically moved along with the chartags, so there's no need to move them manually.
