This should be rendered ambiguous. Trail has been used on random stuff like:

• post #7664336 - light trail?
• post #7105919 - dirt road
• post #7453811 - lens flare and diffraction spikes
• post #7405780 - looks like skid mark on snow.
• post #7146533 - stone walkway
• post #7593540 - I only see a transparent string.

In post #7453811, neither lens flare nor diffraction spikes cover those concentric circles in the sky (looks like a "magic aura" to me), but I admit light trail could be an alternative to cover that

Might be worth creating a tag like weapon aura perhaps? Not sure we have a tag for the stereotypical "wind" around a weapon to signify power.

Well, at least there is glowing sword, which can range from swords glowing (wiki examples given), to swords with electricity (post #7760610), and also swords of fire and ice (post #7801802). It may be already broad enough to include that post I mentioned, but the feels to that one are unique; the closest I found under glowing sword with a quick search is this sword with light particles in post #7749296

Either way, I think this BUR can go ahead
