GGZ Theresa's CN family name is 阿波卡利斯.
Both are the exact same. The current translation of 阿波卡利斯 as used by HI3 is Apocalypse. Per the Hoyodex wiki, the later GGZ Translation apparently changed Apokalypse to Apocalypse too.Name change also applies to Ninti, for much the same reason.
Does she have any different attire in benghuai_xueyuan compared to HI3? That would be a compelling reason to keep the tag separate, as a costume tag.

Her GGZ nun outfit (her main/default one AFAIK) is different from her HI3 nun outfit, but much like Kiana, Mei, Bronya, etc she also shows up a bunch in other outfits in images.
If the tag is kept for the outfit, I presume it would be renamed ["theresa_apocalypse_(benghuai_xueyuan)"?] and implicated to the main Theresa tag like the other Honkai girls are?

That wiki lists them as separate skins, for example Perse/Virgo vs Perse. Why is this BUR renaming them together?

They are the same character. Also, having to separate each Awakens by skin would mean a lot of extra tags for the other Awakens, which I don't see the need of.
