Alias Ohka (weapon) into its designated name

BUR #28659 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias ohka_(weapon) -> mxy-7_ohka
remove alias ohka_(weapon) -> mxy-7_ohka
create alias ohka_(aircraft) -> mxy-7_ohka

The Ohka kamikaze plane is generally well known and often referred to with its "MXY-7" codename, so I think this should be used as the main tag name for the sake of findability.

I don't even know if the current (weapon) qualifier is accurate. It's as much of a weapon as any other military aircraft is.

Aight, just updated the BUR to change the qualifier into (aircraft).
