Instances where she doesn't wear the brown kimono include post #790313, post #1262972, post # 845911, post #2558214 (NSFW) and post #2499146. These do retain the head scarf. post #447045 has her wearing an apron, and post #970332 is no different from her normal outfit.

Then that might be a problem, because it sounds like this tag is describing a theme more than a specific costume. Thinking about it, that's still probably acceptable usage of such a fan-created chartag, as the character can be reasonably inferred to be the fan-created one rather than the canonical one, but I'm going to wait for more inputs before this can go ahead.
