It can be searched with catherine_(game) parody.
We have stuff like Akira Movie Poster how is this different than that, or would you vouch for both being nuked?
Doing a search I can see that stuff like post #2430239 or post #920179 are caught so it isn't a perfect replacement. That being said its a small enough tag I don't think it matters too much. I think the Catherine Cover Parody tag as it is right now is kind of a mess since it's referencing 3 different things: The Catherine cover, the Katherine cover, and Fullbody's cover. Oddly it doesn't include the OST cover which we have a few of post #1183951

Something that needs to be considered, which differentiates Akira Movie Poster from Catherine Cover Parody, is that Akira has two major parody visuals. The movie poster and Akira slide, which are both loosely equal in size. Doing an Akira_(manga) parody search will thus give you a near 50-50 mix of both parodies.
